Thats exactly the problem. They arent flogging teams but they are throwing around unbelievable amounts of money over the cap because of their financial links. This then creates added pressure of what clubs around them must do to recruit/retain their own players including fringe to keep up with it. They arent attracting good players its the wallet that is doing the talking.
Game, set, match.

Don't know Tas .... I would think (and don't know as not involved and only reading what others are) that it depends on what he does next and his commitments to that. I hope he can play a few games again as a ripping guy and still makes us better.
Fair. He'd be nice to have in the comp again and adds just another layer to what will be a great fight for the flag.

On the Banyule front I've heard whispers of one of their mids and a back in discussions with the Hoers. Fact or fiction?

Not that I am aware of?
But, it's not like I am the oracle on the recruiting front for the Hoers. I get once a week pub updates at the Sir Henry B.

Canteen Manager should be #1 priority at lalor, best in the league.
From bar murmers they are waiting for AGM and coach announcement before posting player signings on socials. Word is plenty of returning players and a few more new bloods. Lots going on behind the scenes.
Hopeing for the best 🤞🤞

well I don't know what you expect resa to do just stay stagnate and get flogged each week and die out or try and get players in and improve and survive especially with out a strong junior program despite a lot of hard work to get juniors.
imagine the whining if they resa where flogging teams each week .

Hearing it’s correct kinglake is off their ground for basically the entire season (might get an early game or 2)

Not sure why you’d start ground works in winter in kinglake but go figure?
I was out there in July and it was waterlogged in goals at clubroom end, seems crazy to start works in April/May!

We say that about H/West's recruiting every pre-season. I'll believe the hype around their improvement when I see it!
