I know mate, coming up 30 for me. If we were in a position for "I want it now" then we'd all know it. But we have to build the cake in order. Right now there are base ingredients missing.

Do you think clubs are already quietly in preliminary discussions about trades/ point swaps etc? Are they “allowed” to do it mid-season?

You can't stop people talking but if you're in the Dog's position why wouldn't you take it to auction.

Na it’s all good. It’s just pick 20 even if the legit 20th pick is pushed out to 23.

Of course they are. List managers catch up all the time. Managers and list managers are in constant contact.

Yes they are but don’t get a game at Sandy Dragons. McLennan has injured his shoulder and is out for the season.

Are we sure we can’t sign Roughy as a Mumford type enforcer in the upcoming draft? A Dusty or Petracca type getting off the chain? Sub on Roughy and let him break a few bones

COVID is a serious blessing in disguise, and by the looks of things lockdowns won’t end anytime soon. So maybe the state carnival games will be put off. hoping so anyway

just remember that the recruiting team will also not be be able then keep an eye on the two lads and therefore might just decide not to pick them .
