Small forward Jermaine Miller (nephew of Stiffy Johncock and Eddie Betts) who was in the Crows NGA Academy has headed to Victoria to strut his stuff with the Northern Knights in the Talent League this season again amongst the goals today with 2 sausage rolls in a absolute obliteration of the Murray Bushies. I take it he's still eligible for the Crows?
I'd be surprised if he wasn't still eligible but this is the AFL.

If you move states do you get to stay in Adelaide 's NGA or would he be in a Vic clubs NGA now because he's "living" over there.

Do we know why he moved?

Doesn’t scream much of a commitment to us.
I don't but a possibility is he's moved over to Victoria to be mentored by his uncle Eddie Betts who runs the Youth Football Academy for indigenous young footballers.

In theory he’d still be eligible, Brisbane still had access to Marshall(?) as an academy player despite doing his schooling in Victoria.

sorry to intrude, doing some recon on NGA lists and stuff

on this, pretty sure NGA's are still eligible in there 19th year, so if the kid in question was eligible for the first time for the draft in 2025 then he should be ok as eligible for a second time in 2026 will qualify him

hope this helps

** edit. unsure if moving interstate disqualifies them from club tied NGA status

I don't think the Crows had matching rights to Leek Aleer from memory who was drafted to GWS in his 19th year following a move behind the ball. But perhaps they waived them idk?

He was 20 when he was drafted.

Eagleboy2011

Any updates on Mitch Stevens, haven't spotted him thus far for the Eagles this year even at reserves level? Injured?

Cancel that just checked the Snaffle injury list out until round 6 with a knee.

Unfortunately for him, it's round 11 according to the WWT injury list
I was looking to follow his progress. Must have happened preseason.

The week bebore it said return in round 6 so someone must have got it wrong big time.

The two injury lists are all over the place compared to each other.

Stevens increases from round 6 to round 11.
Fleeton increases from round 6 to round 9.
D'Aloia decreases from round 6 to round 4.
Seth Harris goes from round 5 to TBC.
