I am overseas right now so didnt get to watch the game. that third goal was awesome! He could have gotten goal of the year if he didnt mess up the bounce. His pace is just amazing!

He didn't take into account the wet ground when he bounced the ball. He actually had the right technique but didn't pound it into the turf hard enough.

That was bloody great to watch.

I was at the Richmond game and was impressed with his work, but that last quarter was F ing sweet.

His first ruck tap was a beauty, still needs to improve heaps in the ruck but looks like he can become a top ruckmen who can kick goals.

Get some fitness into him and he could influence the game twice as much..........

Early days yet but still pretty excited

What crap are people talking about when they say he needs to work on his footy smarts? Watch his first goal, that was instinctive footy smars at its best! Also couple of times when he tapped, paddled and bounced the ball ahead of him when I thought if he took posseions he was going to be stuffed.. he read the situation perfectly and moved the ball to his advantage without taking possesion.

I've got no voice, I've got no clean underwear but I've got a memory of a game at Subi that I'll never forget!!

I believe this was just after Naitanui tackled Hodge and spilt the ball free.

In the last quarter he also charged into Hodge and caused an out of bounds kick.

His 1 percenters are fantastic.

It has to be something that is short, deep and sounds like a roar when said en masse... I think someone suggested in another thread that we should all just shout "NUI" (Noo-eee) when he gets the ball ... and with the EE ending would sound different to the 'Rooo' and 'Cruuuise' that sound more like boos

Oh and I already got my dready wig - the Eagles Store said they have had a rush and need to order more of the PEZ dready beanies in... I am getting a number 9 embroidered on it, trimming the dreadies to length, and using a cheap screenprinting hand roller and ink from spotlight to change them from Eagles colours to black
