Juddy arrived in the AFL physically outstanding in terms of pace, power and endurance and repeat efforts. Gaz just needed one preseason where he did enough work to have all three. Those two were really rare in that regard. Usually the powerful blokes need 5+ years to develop the endurance and repeat efforts to play midfield, eg - Petracca, Degoey, Heeney. Or the outstanding runners need that long to build up the strength to be good in a contest - Daicos, Holmes, McCluggage.
Nick arrived a skinny flanker and is gradually developing his strength. If his body holds up, like most players, he'll physically peak at about 28.
I imagine Collingwood will try to keep contending around him like Geelong did all those years with Hawkins + Selwood (then Dangerfield + Cameron). I don't mean to stick the boot in but I'm less confident they can pull it off.
