Thanks for highlighting that, Wayne Campbell was twice the player Dustin Martin was. Incredible admission from a Tigers fan.
It's not even about that it's about McRae whining about Daicos not winning the Brownlow yet didn't win the clubs own B&F.

Imagine how embarrassing it would have been if he actually did win the Brownlow & not the clubs B&F?

McRae's true colours coming out again.

This aged well.
Glad GWS and GC didn't miss him.

The fact that it says cope behind him when he makes that remark is perfect

That's pretty much a full list of the players we've been told are superior to Daicos, with the exception of Callaghan and S. Darcy!

Oops, how did I forget Sheezel?
It’s an interesting question … do Brownlow votes provide a decent guide to who the best players are?

Cripps won with 45 votes. Rowell won with 39 votes.

In 2025 Cripps got 19 votes, TT got 20 votes and starting AA mid and Dogs B&F Ed Richards got 11 votes.

Daicos’s votes have coincided with the votes awarded becoming a joke.

I mean he’s getting ‘record numbers’ when Josh Daicos and Darcy Cameron are beating him to the B&F. Haha 😛

Still waiting to hear an alternate term for a player who is 20% clear of the #2 player in the history of the game for Average Brownlow Votes per game?
If his average disposals, average goals or average anything at all relating to the actual game were above his contemporaries as Bradman’s were, then he can be anointed ‘Bradman’.

But when his best season thus far involves averaging just over 30 disposals a game and way less than a goal, when Danger, GAJ, Martin, KB, Lethal, Bont have destroyed that, then Daicos is probably more like Steve Waugh.

No matter how many times people pick you up on your incorrect detail, you still run with your misleading statements...

Two finals in 2023 coming off a knee injury, coaches had him 4th best on ground in the PF and then 3rd best on ground in the GF.

Two finals in 2025, coaches had him 3rd best on ground in the QF and his one "quiet" final was a 26 rated game according to our friends at CD in the PF
He’s played 7 x finals for 14 coaches votes. Puts him somewhere around 30th since 2016. It’s solid going with plenty of potential upside.

It's just a shame Nick is 35 years old and almost at the end of his career. You absolute muppet. :$ :$ :$

Alleged downhill skier ranks ahead of multiple brownlow winners.

You only have to watch the game to see Bont is a superior player to Naicos. You can have all the votes, meeeddddya awards and circle jerking you like. I watch the games, and Bont is a better player.

Bont is a superior kick. He’s better on his opposite foot. He can play forward and win contests. He can take contested marks. He’s physically superior and a better tackler. He’s better when under fierce physical pressure.

Daicos is faster and aerobically better.

Ask any neutral if they’d want Bont in full flight or Naicos and it’s probably 90% going Bont’s way. He’s just a better player. No shame there though, Bont’s an all-time great and a future legend.

Daicos is up around Neale, Serong, Green, Anderson levels. It’s the best of the best.

He’s never going to reach Bont, Buddy, GAJ, Danger, Martin or Judd. He just isn’t imposing enough due to his small stature.

No shame though, he’s the next rung down.
