Opinion Nick Dal Santo?

It's better than having someone like Maynard do it, try to play on and slip on his arse... kick outs should be taken more seriously... it is the beginning of 15-20 forward thrusts per game... the difference between a poor kick out and a good kick out is enormous....
Del santo gas list his pace like others have mentioned. Harvey has not

Hey boys, Just wandering if Nick would be worth it for a year or two? Maybe run him in half back and bits in the middle? Cool head, great player. IF he was up for it i reckon he could go another year. Check out these stats over 2016..

I am not saying we go and get him, I'm asking you folks on your thought of acquiring him? and maybe even if you think he will be resigned?

Here's one out of left field..........offer boomer a 1 yr contract for $200k and play him as a crumber down forward. He would kick an average two goals per game.....still a clever player and could teach a few of our young guys where to lead etc. If elliot and fasolo come good, then he can play in the 2s...why not? still in the best 6 players at north

Buckley did say that he wanted Swanny to play on next year so he could kick goals in the forward line.

Sadly that's not an option. But Boomer is. Not trying to compare Swanny with Boomer (what's the point) but Boomer did kick 34 goals this season which is a lot more than anybody in our team kicked.

Our forward line has been bereft of leadership. Travis Cloke was our forward line leadership rep this year - says it all really.

An ex club captain who knows how to kick goals is surely what our inexperienced forward line needs. Moore, Cox, Crocker, DeGoey, Philips, Wills, plus a couple 2016 draftees would no doubt benefit from his presence in the forward line.

Plus the bloke clearly knows how to look after himself. Might give our players some tips about how to be able to play over the age of 30.

Yeah pretty great idea too, I agree. I think though even Dal Santo would offer experience which would be nice sometimes.
