Kyrgios an absolute knob, exceptionally gifted even for a pro, but likely to end career as potential unfulfilled. Will regret it 10 years after he retires.

He will probably regret it towards the end of his career, now he is too immature and self-absorbed.

He wants to be an "entertainer" that appeals to a certain audience but he could at least be respectful towards his opponents. Doubles players work hard throughout the year and do not receive attention compared to singles.

don't think he will, Tennis is just a job for him and he is earning good money with it. No different to you and i going to work. He doesn't want to be the best because if he did he would have a different attitude. He doesn't seem to be the type of person to regret what he is doing. People are desperate for him to be the next big thing but its never going to happen.

not sure Nick would give a sh*t to be honest. Funnily enough the majority of the tour gets along with him. He behaves like a goose on court, but off court he is very different. doubt he will lose sleep over a nobody from NZ opinion.

Would love to see how many people who trot out the lines "so much wasted potential" "he will regret this in years to come" etc. etc. are actually fat slobs with middling careers who drink piss on the weekend and can't be arsed working past 5.30PM to get ahead. Some of his on court antics aren't the best but having a crack at his attitude is off the mark, he's open and honest about the fact that he won't win a slam and that doesn't bother him. I applaud him for it. In many ways he has the dream job - play some sport, don't try too hard or exert yourself too much, rake millions of $ and adoring fans, women etc.

I watched that game and find it funny that a salty Venus has a go at Krygios when Venus carried on like an absolute ******* at times too, the crowd turned on him completely during the second set when he started taunted them.

Clearly he couldn’t handle playing in such a hostile environment when he’s only ever used to playing in front of his Mum and a couple of randos before they realise they’re at the wrong court.

The pros never get distracted by that crap and maintain their composure.

The King.. 26.. 6 titles.. Berrettini.. 25.. 5 titles.. can't win 6 titles without working hard on your game.. it's not like the bloke has been on the circuit partying like it's 1999 the entire time.. and that re.. sort of a thing. 6 singles titles.. ranks him as one of the greatest Australian tennis players of all time.
