It's cultural practice to pick one or the other. But that gets complicated when you've got people from different groups coming to the stadium. Mac Point would be infringing local customs by offering Boag's but also failing to accommodate a multicultural society if they didn't for northern travellers. Becomes more difficult if the Mermaid himself is behind the promotion of free beer for the kids - deep hurt can be caused if you serve the wrong underage drink. It gets really complicated.

It's considerations like this that I feel the business model fails to discuss or mention.
