I would like to know all the players nicknames. I know a couple... Woosha, Spike, Smokey, the Velvet Sledgehammer which is UTTERLY ridiculous but Id like to know he got it.

So give me any nicknames you might know of, how they got it and if they are regularly called it around the club by teammates.
