Switch Nintendo Switch 2

Dafuq was that horrid looking Pokemon meets Minecraft game though... It was like an upscaled 3DS game.

Galaxy 2 is nice, though I'm sure they're going to charge a stupid amount for it. Fire Emblem games are always a good time.

Was excited for the Hades 2 announcement but miffed it's another timed exclusive.

Virtual Boy returning as an accessory for Switch 1&2 wasn't on the bingo card.

Legit thought that was a belated April fools joke.

Just standard Nintendo silliness, get your $140 peripheral with no hope for future support to go along with your $160 alarm clock

That seems a strange move considering early access is on PC already for Hades 2?

If I wanted Virtual Boy I'd just install the emulator on my homebrew 3DS, screw their premium addon pricing

I was more interested in that than I thought I would be. Metroid Prime 4 gets a release date, a new Fire Emblem, Dragon Quest 7 remake which looks very promising, Hades 2 getting a release date, Final Fantasy 7 remake port gets a release date.. a lot to like there. I'm also wondering what the DLC for Super Mario Bros. Wonder is with all those Koopalings flying about (not the co-op part of the direct).

I am not paying for a Switch 2 version of Super Mario Wonder, unless it's only like a 20 dollar upgrade with the DLC.

Love the look of that new Yoshi game. Probably targeted more for kids but I will still get it anyway

It certainly as distasteful as buying a crop of Avocado, the Nintendo price gouging :$

I loved Bananza but $30 for that DLC is too much even if it looks like it could be fun. Especially when the game only came out 2 months ago.
That’s ****ed from Nintendo, I would only pay half that at best.

My first thought was $15 or so and checked the store last night and saw $30 was like f**king hell Nintendo whats with the greed lately

You can buy Silksong for that. Which will be 40 hours of gold.
More like 40 hours of pulling your hair out 😂 not sure I’ll ever beat that game

Watched more of the Direct. Not much new stuff interested me.

Re-selling Galaxy making All Stars Obsolete. Doing Wonder again with a small bit of content.

Tonne of stuff that's already been released, announced, or on other systems for years.

DKB DLC Obviously was ready to go when the game launched The gem thing seems rogue like so a bit of replayability there.

The timing of the DLC plus all of the above Bananza is far more egregious than the cost IMO. Value and entertainment are subjective but surprised that's getting more focus.

Just do what ever you need to survive. Look up guides, get op by skipping ahead for strategic gains. The patterns and tells are very obvious in the boss fights, just need to concentrate and there are usually work arounds for some of the tougher fights so you can avoid it. Not for everyone but I love it.

I know all that but I can’t help but panic sometimes 😂 could be on a perfect run with a boss and then just flub it near the end. The run backs are what kills me
