I’m yet to check myself, but has anyone received the replacement game tickets they secured for Sunday yet?
Yeah they were there Friday Toes
Log into your NM account and click the Carlton game to view them.

And have to laugh otherwise I’ll cry but it seems some members also had them emailed.

I’ve accepted the fact I will have to call up each and every time to get them to manually send through the email and push it to my account as they can’t fix the issue.
No email to buy replacement tickets.
No email to print tickets.
And I sure as hell will have to follow this thread to find out when the bulldogs game goes on sale.

I ******* loath the club right now. I can’t deal with them anymore.
I didn’t get them emailed but did receive an email saying to log into your account and they are there. I had called the club asking about them earlier in the week.
Strangely I couldn’t print them as it triggered some sort of blocking program on the computer at work so I got my brother to do it. I am pretty bad with computers. I have never had that problem with Ticketek/ Ticketmaster.

This season, Schimma Platinum, Premiership and Archer’s Legends Club members have the opportunity to secure seats in exclusive member bays at all four replacement games at no additional cost.

Tickets for our third replacement game against The Western Bulldogs are now available. Please follow the instructions below to select your seat.

Step 2: Choose your desired seating area from the sections highlighted in blue
Step 3: Select the number of member seats you require and click ‘Add to Cart’. You are able to RSVP for multiple members using the same account.
Step 4: Select delivery method as ‘Added to Account’ and click ‘Checkout’
Step 5: Follow the prompts to submit your order

To ensure you are able to sit with friends and family who hold a Schimma Platinum, Premiership or Archer’s Legends Club membership, we recommend booking together.

Christ, that sudden leap in numbers came out of the blue.

Secured replacement seats over the phone yesterday for the Dogs game as we’re still missing three of our membership cards. Gave the bloke both barrels while I was at it too.

“You’ll be pleased to know we’re changing everything for next season” he replied.

“Ahhhh good, well you can tell that to the faces of the three family members who have nothing to show for the money you’ve been taking from them since last November. Excellent!” was my response.

I have had some dealings with a young bloke down there named "Ben", and he's a pretty conscientious kid who has handled my situation like a pro.

Unfortunately, these are the people at the coal face who have to bear the brunt of public feedback, whilst the incompetent's who organised this shambles stand around drinking coffee and talking shit in some back office.

After the shambles of dealing with replacement tickets for the Hawthorn game, I have had no hiccups with replacement tickets via the MyKangaroos account.

I'm still stunned that you're waiting for tickets a third of the way through the season. That is deplorable.

That was him, Ben, and I agree that he (and Alicia) have been fantastic to deal with. It’s not their fault.

They need to take him off the phones, sack the impostors running the show, then put him in charge of the entire membership department.

Dealt with Ben yesterday.
I needed 8 tickets and it was a maximum of 5 if processed on line.
I called up and didn’t even need to quote any barcodes or numbers.
He had the 8 members upgraded within seconds.
He knows what he’s doing.

Perhaps at replacement games we should set up BF gatherings where we coordinate getting a section of the seats that are set aside.

I've seen posters at both games so far.

Edit - Actually scratch that. The only game left is Collingwood. A group of us together would likely wind up burning things if it gets ugly.
 
I received this:

"At North Melbourne we understand that sometimes even the most loyal and passionate members may not be able to make it to every home match in a season.

In 2019, reserved seat members have the ability to return their seat for any home match they are unable to attend.

If your membership seat sells through Ticketmaster, you can choose to either receive a credit towards your 2020 membership or an instant partial refund on your 2019 membership .

Adult and concession members will receive a credit of $25 per seat sold while juniors will receive $15.

If you are unable to make our upcoming match against Geelong this Sunday, please make sure you return your seat by 5pm this Wednesday to ensure your seat can be returned for sale."

Now I never return my seats, despite some weeks not being able to attend. This week for example I cannot attend, yet I won’t be returning my seats. With my family of 4 this means that I won’t get the $90 that I would if I returned the seats.



It got me thinking about a much-discussed issue on here, the admission of opposition fans into the North membership areas. The issue is clearly the club trying to get revenue from those that are attending and there is of course the appeal of the fuller stands.

I personally would be significantly more inclined to return my seats if the club was able to coordinate the allocation of those seats as an upgrade to a GA North Member. In-fact I would forego the cashback if that was to be the case.

Perhaps this is the approach that could be considered. North fans tend to be willing to put cash into the club when it asks for it. This would be like that. Less cash returned to for returned seats to discount North member upgrades. Also if the fans upgrade then it would actually give the club more data to target market these fans. What’s more is I see no reason this couldn’t happen for all levels of membership. Like an upgrade waterfall. GA to level 1. Level 1 to level 2. Level 2 to onto Donald McDonald’s lap (or whatever the next level is).

“Can’t make the game, help another Roo enjoy your seats.”

I understand that we have not even been able to execute the basics this year. However, I trust that will change. There is some validity to this idea.
