Basically...
- Expansion Signing Period: we and Geelong get to take a number of players (roughly 6) from existing Victorian club lists, based on a points system; can also sign unsigned over-18s
- Draft: order is determined after signings; we can trade our picks for more established players; can sign delisted players as free agents; priority access to players nominating as "residing in Tasmania"

I haven’t followed AFLW, nor really had and opinion about it, mainly due to us not having a team.
I think I may have to have a closer look at this AFLW next year.
