. Cameron Green, thanks for your service.
As rubbish as he (Green) has been, have you seen Sutherland's FC batting avg?

We should be playing you Hojuman

The Zimbabweans have beaten Sri Lanka. Chased down 180 with ease.

I think someone here mentioned that they met "John" recently on a trip abroad. Isn't the preferred currency Kruger Rands or Rupees?
Same bloke who stopped in via the WACA on the way?

USD and Rupees are the preferred, apparently!

I always thought Krugerrands were some form of Gold. Some Souf African measurement for something. That you think/assumed it was cash means I now have to research! I hate it when you disagree... one of the only posters who would know too. ****.

...
First minted in 1967 by the South African Mint, the Krugerrand is the world's most widely held 22-karat gold bullion coin
. It contains exactly 1 oz of pure gold, with the remaining 8.33% alloyed with copper to increase durability. Featuring Paul Kruger (obverse) and a springbok (reverse), it is a highly liquid investment, trading based on the prevailing gold price

The reply was about which currency Hansie Cronje and John the bookie accepted.

And the Saffer's unbeaten run of 7 wins in the T20 world cup comes to a sad end, again, in a semi-final. Finn Allen with 100 of 33 balls, Kiwi's run down 169 in 12.5 overs.

Well done KiwiRoo 👍

Thanks mate. Yeah on paper we have a very good side especially on the batting side of things, but been inconsistent.
But 33 balls for a hundred against a very good Saffa attack. Thats pretty special

Now we just have to wait and see if we play the soap dodgers or the Indians. Prefer the poms but we've gone ok against the Indians in the past too

Yikes, is the T20 World Cup still going? Feels like it's lasting longer than a channel 9 reality show.

Oh that's right, they do that Super 8s thing instead of Quarter Finals. Such a waste of time.
