I remember when it first started how big and exciting it seemed, but right now it's a big who cares?

Watching Pat Cummins, Trav Head, Starc play for the Bengali Tiki Masala Super Happy Big Giants... if Uzzie, Marnus, Carey et al can stay in Aus and play for their state, why couldn't they? Is the money really that much of a difference maker for these guys already earning thousands to play cricket?

I have pretty much zero interest, but we better get used to it. The viewership numbers and value of these franchises is absolutely off the charts, so logic suggests it is only going to expand. Tbh, it makes me savour test cricket even more, knowing I have to appreciate every skerrick I get.
