Not sure if this qualifies but when the inflatable Wayne Carey basically slumped over backwards during 'Up There Cazaly' during the pre-match stuff at the 1996 GF. It wasn't anyone's fault particularly of course, just embarrassing and felt like an omen that we'd lose - thankfully not. It's actually very funny to watch, years later.
