The Geelong game in Hobart is officially sold although I have heard they were giving away free tickets at McDonald's and KFC which is real annoying because I have heard of lots of people missing out on Tickets. Why on earth would they do that to such a popular game and then people that really want tickets miss out,you would do that for a GWS game not a Melbourne derby.

Didn't NM v GC get the biggest crowd this year? Maybe we should play Gold Coast more often at Hobart?

Colins' report (or at least it's findings) likely to made public this week. Some reporting suggesting it is positive in regards to the case for a Tasmanian side.

Some people are going to be very surprised by the detail, content and conclusion, IF it's released in it's entirety to the public........

Could you be more vague?

Hopefully the AFL releases details on the Colin Carter Report as soon as possible because many people will be interested to see whether Colin Carter think's a tassie team will be viable.

Fingers crossed! From the sounds of it, we can expect some info to probably trickle down in the next week or so.

The AFL is apparently trying to avoid the club's voting on it because the AFL knows it probably won't be successful if they do it that way.

Hawks, GC and North will vote no. That means 14 yes votes needed out of the remaining 15 clubs? Sounds unlikely

Everyone will vote no other than the votes the AFL controls... Sydney, GWS, Brisbane and GC.

All the presidents said they would vote no until after the AFL recovers from covid.

If North votes no then you can guarantee a crowd of 0 people at our next Hobart game lmao

The AFL is talking about not having a vote according to Tom Browne from seven news,so I think the commission deciding will helps Tassie's case.

What assumptions are you making here? That the clubs are in favour of a Tasmanian team or against? And that the AFL is in favour or against?

Tom Browne said the AFL wants to avoid having a vote because they believe it will get knocked back so that may mean the AFL is in favour.
