On Blease, I like what Roos is doing with him. Not being elevated after just one or two good games in the 2's. He's making him play consistently well, which he is struggling to do. Who knows, it may mean that if or when Blease gets another crack he'll a) bring the good form into the seniors, b) Take the most of his chances.
