WTF? - How could they? I thought he was a certainty for AA.

I loathe Melbourne but this is a farce.

You must all feel robbed.

No Robbo (69 goals), Gehrig (Coleman Medalist FFS) and Williams (63) goals. Half of the forward line named are predominantly midfielders anyway.

I give up!

What did you guys expect? It's the same the world over - name before ability, especially for the current season. Players got in because of their name, not because of how they went during the season. I think that's obvious.

I'm disappointed for Robbo, but not surprised.

It is bull********, but a clear reflection on the quality of the selectors.

I think the man who runs the 7/11 around the corner could select a better team! Bloody disgraceful.

I've posted this on the main board.

If this is the type of tripe that we are going to be dished up with year after year, then scrap the whole process.

3 of the top 8 sides had a combined player count of 1, with PA producing K. Cornes....both Melb and Geel missing out.

2 of the bottom 3 sides had a combined player count of 4.

Hells bells, am I missing something.

I hate to be a killjoy but the bottom teams got players in for a reason.

They have a few major standouts but no consistency on the list. Geelong and Melbourne are far more even across the board, and therefore take away alot of possessions and attention from each other, thus why we finished 6th and 7th respectively. Hawthorn, for example, have a very raw, and pretty poor, list which players like Hodge and others can truly standout in while their team mates do nothing.

But Robbo was still robbed.
