Can't read the full article as its behind the Herald-Sun paywall but this sounds very smelly to me.

I'll be stoked if it comes out that there is more to what took place against Greene.
Umps were furious over the Queenslander but the ump in question pretty much had no issue according to his own answers.

The difference was that flog Gerard Wheatley and another Rub out Greene campaign.

All for punishment for bad acts but it’s obvious it is a pick and choose with both the media and the AFL as to who gets punished.

God this is funny. In so many ways.

One incident is Queensland state league, was it even televised? Big crowd there that day? The other incident was nationally televised. That alone is a massive difference. Guess which incident has the chance to influence players around the country? Correct.

Who manages QAFL? is it the Melb based AFL or is it a Brisbane based entity (QAFL perhaps)? You absolutely cannot compare these 2 incidents. But you will. Of course you will. "Poor Toby, hes sooooo misjudged. He really didnt mean to kick all those peopple, he slipped. And his fingers slipped into Bonts eye without him realising, he needed to dig in deepr to get traction to get his naughty hand out of there. And he did threaten an umpire but its OK coz Joe Bloggs in Qld did it and got away with it"

Toby is a complete and utter out of control rage machine on the footy field. Nut Job. Blight on the game. A one man s**t show. He alone makes people detest your club. Accept that and move on. Better yet move him on.

But GWS wont because he is the absolute epitomy of your "clubs" shitty culture. Maybe when Leon gets sacked.....

Did the Queensland player pretend not to see the umpire and shoulder his way through him, even though he'd been directly looking at the ump while arguing with them immediately before?
