Eh? There are four Fox games every round. Why should this round be anything different?
i meant im not gonna get foxtel for a 12 month contract for 6 months footy channel. I do down the pub to watch the bombers games on fox if they aint on FTA.

Yeah i know they have 4 a round just the split round ****s with everything lol

How so? Fox has both games today not Seven.
Why can't footy go back to how it used to be... from a Melbourne perspective:

Friday night - 1 game, MCG
Saturday afternoon - 3 games in Melbourne, highlights on "AFL Today"
Saturday night - 1 game, interstate
Sunday afternoon - 1 game interstate approx 1:10; 1 game in Melbourne approx 2:10; 1 game interstate approx 3:40. "Sunday Double Header" on TV.

This can still work when Gold Coast and GWS come in... just make it 2 games on Saturday night, or 4 games on Saturday afternoon.

FTA to show Friday night, Saturday arvo highlights, Sunday double header.
FTA to show Saturday night game if it's not in Melbourne.
Foxtel to show remaining 4 or 5 games.

It isn't rocket science, the AFL and the networks should be able to do this.

Adelaide v melbourne is the FTA Sunday game. Now the games starts at 3:10 melbourne time, by my approximate calculations a football games usually goes for 120 mins playing time plus 25 minutes of breaks so that is 145 mins (give or take 5 minutes for the length of quarters).

Lets say 150 mins so 2 and half ours from 3:10 is 5:50, channel 7 won't like that as it wont run directly into the news and will give people a chance to change the channel .

For memory wasn't there a Port vs. Hawthorn game at Adelaide last year were the coverage was mysteriously delayed by 10 minutes which coincided with the game finishing around 5:58.

Ok, would of thought it would of been on 7 as Fox had 2 games last week. I thought the OP meant the weeked just gone as opposed to this round. I prefer Fox's coverage over 7 anyways :thumbsu:.
It's effectively the same as any other round (2 on 7, 2 on 10, 4 on Fox), channel 7's two games are the two Friday nights.
