Very brief and superficial research from me gives examples of assault occasioning actual bodily harm as:

Striking/Slapping someone
Throwing an object at someone
Unlawful imprisonment

Actual harm can be anything from a bruise or scratch to something more serious.

Punishment anything from a fine or good behaviour bond to 5 years jail.

All that to say it’s a very broad charge that doesn’t give many clues at all to the nature of the event. Must be serious enough to warrant a charge but beyond that there isn’t much to go on

Pretty much any kind of decent impact to the eyebrows will cause them to split, so actually very common in fistfights.
