I haven't started it yet but from all accounts it's very good. Igloo 's beaten it though I believe, he might be more help.

i loved games with a carefully planned item system. ie crafting, drops, finding them in chests, rarity levels, quest rewards etc. Its what made games like Golden Sun and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance my favorite games of all time.

is ni no kuni good? what is the item finding and system like?

Items drop by killing familiars, chests, alchemy, and by doing quests. Drop rate when you kill familiars and want weapons or armour is a bit low though. Its a great game though. Finished it in about 50 hours, and enjoyed it all.

Drippy makes it entertaining though. Enjoying the story but the gameplay is nothing overly special just yet. Just got to the castle.

Up to the point where I have to go back to Motorville to find the Meowjesty's soulmate. Not that far in but I have OCD for sidequests so have been working on that.

Yeah, there's some funny stuff in it. I found it all funny, even the bad ones .

I did all the side quests, and all the bounty hunts. It's good to have the check list and go along doing them. Do you have any of the familiars yet?

What level are you? I was overleveled massively at the end. Easily won the final battle. The start is easy though, so you might not be overleveled.

Don't metamorphasise that shithouse monkey when you have the chance. It's completely useless. I hated it.

You don't have the ability yet. You'll come across it in the story.

I enjoyed that part, in the well.

No idea, but it was useless. I raged and put it back in the familiar retreat .

It's definitely worth it. Food is really easy to come across, so using stuff that is only worth like 1 attack point is fine. I gave him a lot of chocolate, as attack is the stat that makes him love you more.
