I have to admit that the Blackhawks have really sucked me into hockey the past few weeks. With the Cubs and Bulldogs crap this summer(and even the White Sox-yeah!), the excitement of this Final series just might convert me. If the Hawks win the Stanley Cup, I'll be at the parade downtown like in 2010 with another two million of my fellow Chicagoans. The atmosphere then was unbelievable.

If this series doesn't convert you nothing will, close Stanley cup, 3 out of 4 into overtime including a triple overtime and a mix of high scoring and low scoring games. Chicago getting the win in both high scoring and Boston getting both wins in the defensive low scoring games, hopefully gets to 7.

The film, "Spotswood"(called "The Efficiency Expert" here) was on TV last night. Loved the scene at the beginning when a union protester jumped a fence to get into the factory grounds. He was wearing a Footscray beanie, well, I presume it was Footscray, since it was red, white and blue.

Yup going overseas indeed. Spewing because I could potentially miss out on a few wins! My reserved seat seemingly going to waste!

Should be awesome, hasn't really sunk in that I'm going yet but will be an adventure of a lifetime.

At least it will give me time for my leg to rest so I can have a run around when I get home!

All through Europe man, hopefully will be able to find a bar somewhere where I can watch a few games. Really going to miss the footy considering I watch every game every weekend and I watch every AFL related show.

Costing me an absolute arm and a leg though, but I suppose you have to do it at least once.

Never is in the back of my mind haha, always thinking about it. Just have to get through tomorrow then I'm hopping onto a plane set for London!

Just hope to come home with some money left over and my leg feeling good so I don't miss any more games this season, I have missed enough through injury anyway!

I've heard from plenty of blokes that it goes off its head, so it should be wicked. Pretty worried about the state that I will come back in, thinking I will lose about 4kg or so which is not desirable so will probably try and a find a gym wherever I am haha

It's freaky how if you go back 40 generations (about 1000 years), you'd theoretically have 2^40 = just over 1 trillion ancestors. Obviously lots of inbreeding. We are all related!
