I'm still feeling sick about the Warriors loss. I've tried but I just can't shake the disappointment.

Genuinely stoked for Lebron and Cleveland, but that was harder to take than the 09 prelim loss.......not the 97 prelim loss though. Still not over that one....:)
They looked totally shell shocked Fronk. I wonder if we will find out something was wrong with Steff down the track. They badly missed Bogut too.

Steph's knee wasn't right. He couldn't get to the rim at all. Then bogut goes down, iguodala hurts his back and draymond gets suspended.

No excuses though. They played very poorly in games 6 and 7 and deserved to lose.

Be fascinated to see how they come back next season. Suspect they'll give it another shake.

Lebron was Lebron but Kyrie was mind blowingly good IMHO.

Not a Dallas Stars fan however they are playing the night after I arrive from Australia - so will try and get tickets.

Not sure what thibs was thinking knocking back a LaVine+Dunn for Jimmy Buckets trade. Seems crazy. Glad the Bulls pulled out if that was what was on offer.

I don't really follow the NBA, but how can it be a steal when he was pick 2? That's like saying Jarryd Roughead was a steal at pick 2.
He's easily equal that of pick 1. He's a steal. He and Simmons are complete different players, but equally talented. Lakers didn't lose out here at all having the second pick. He's a steal.

That's not a steal then. A steal is when you get someone like Isaac Heeney at pick 18. Not when you get someone that could be pick 1, but isn't a consensus pick 1, at pick 2. He's a gun young player, not a steal.

As someone that just admitted they don't follow the NBA, you seem to have a pretty set grasp on his value then.

You said he's equal of pick 1, but not a consensus pick 1 because Simmons has equal talent. Which means that it's not a surprise he was picked pick 2, which doesn't make him a steal.

Anyway it's just a semantics, doesn't overly matter too much. Just matters that there's another young gun in the sport.

Dallas, San Antonio to visit friend, Houston. only booked on Friday so haven't put too much thought into it.
Austin is easily the pick of the bunch. Great night life and atmosphere. San Antonio has the river walk which is awesome but it gets drained at certain times of the year... I think it was January to March. The Alamo is average unless you're a US history buff.

I couldn't get tickets. Say hello to MVP for me, has one of the best podcasts on the internet.
Mvp ain't coming :( visa issues due to being a felon. Tweeted his apologies few days ago. Apparently Dreamer was gonna look for a 'replacement'. Shattered, you shoulda got on to tix earlier. Even last week there was standing room. We ended up getting silver.

Honestly only wanted to go for MVP as hardcore wrestling isn't my favourite style. **** our government, the guy completely turned his life around. He's a good role model.
Only found out he was coming Monday through his podcast, so tried looking for tickets then and no dice. Ah well enjoy, give us a review when you can.

Yep, and he was here with wwe in 08. Guess he can't afford the lawyers that wwe can. Ahh yep. Hurricane will also be there as an unannounced surprise. Also good to see Mickie James v Victoria. Shall do, meet and greet pre-show with them all as well.

Soon as she was announced, magnus was a gimme. They come as a package these days with the little one. I shall ask, no guarantees though. Interested to see how it pans out. I went to their show last year with Drew McIntyre, Alberto Del Rio, Mr Anderson etc. Crazy crowd and I popped big time when Gangrel's music hit (wasn't announced). It's a good night out on these big shows, keep an eye out for the next one :)
