I haven't read about it in a fair while, but I recall something about the good side of Odin being Gandalf, and the bad side being Sauron. Gandalf just stuck in mind as Odin was seen as a wanderer like Gandalf.

Seen any of the new season yet? Watched the first two episodes last night. Without spoiling anything - it's not sitting well with me at the moment.

Sad, because it's my favourite comedy show ever. I was fearful new episodes would disappoint.

Community's first episode was downright horrible for the 4th season. The rest of the season was pretty good though imo, there's still hope. The first couple of bad episodes can be just that, bad episodes, and don't mean the rest of the season will be crap.

Haha I remember that, it was awful. Glad it has been picked up for another season though.

I don't know, it has been seven years since Arrested Development was cancelled. I'm so familiar with the first three seasons that I know most jokes like the back of my hand. Maybe I'm just being jaded and skeptical. Apparently it does get better after the first couple of episodes of the new season, but there's just something not right with it at the start...

It's almost never the same show once you get something that was cancelled and pick it back up again. Like the characters are the same, the plot points carry on from the last season, but it just doesn't feel the same, and because you expect the same, it just doesn't feel right. It happens EVERY single time with a renewed show unfortunately.

Honestly, I'm 8 episodes in and I'm not liking it. It has some classic moments, but as whole I've been so disappointed.

Yeah that's pretty much what I read too. Tolkien was amazing at incorporating the mythologies of different cultures into his books incuding some modern day religions.

Why'd you change to Odin? I miss the King.

Yeah, I love Tolkien. I watched a doco years ago about one of the languages which he incorporated into his writings, and it was only spoken by one small fishing town in Eastern Europe (from memory). That was pretty surreal.

I've always loved Norse mythology, and just felt like a change

. The King will be back one day.

**** me, one day before submission of my major essay and they decide to tell us that it's hard copy submission. Need to go hand it in tomorrow. I was so excited about today being my last day at uni for the semester.

I have to submit one of my reports twice, once through the turnitin system and as well as a bound copy, which I need to go into the city just to hand it in. Mind you there is exact specifications that need to be abided by (font, size, margins, spacings, lettering, anything you can think of) and if you don't they won't accept it. Its bullshit its going to take me a whole day to format the bloody thing.
