about three weeks ago i joined up at a gym near my workplace
started at 94.5kg and now down to 89.1kg
goal weight- 85kg by xmas
80kg by my 22nd birthday (june 25th)

slowly becoming a gym rat.

Nice work mate. How tall are you?

Ah nice i'm 5'10. 90 kg, been meaning to hit the gym and get down to around 80, but I just can't get motivated :(

i was like that at my gym near my house but once i got home i couldn't be bother
so the one near my work is 5min walk so i don't have any excuse not to go lol


just do what i do and take a photo of your weight and set it as your phone background image to remind you which motivates me and makes me nearly take junk food right out of my system.

There is a gym literally in the next building over from my TAFE maybe I should start going there lol.

It's hard when you've got depression to get motivated for a lot of stuff, like right now i've got about 5 assignments due in the next two weeks which I haven't started. But I just can't get motivated unless people are depending on me, which is really annoying :mad:

The phone background idea is actually really smart i'm going to use that one!

one session a week or just going for walks will start to improve ya mojo
even if you just cut down on one food and eat more healthier stuff

I pretty much go for a 30 min walk every day, but i've been doing that for the last 5 years. At the moment i'm cutting out all soft drinks, they are the devil! Same with all fast food, although every so often i'll get something from Subway. I've pretty much plateaued at 90 kg, so it could be a lot worse :p

I'm doing audio production. Best course, we have access to really good recording studios so I can go in and record my own music anytime :D

I have decided to join the local 24/7 gym..
Just gotta make myself walk in that door.

i have subway almost every day during the week apart from friday

coke zero or pepsi max is normally what i drink when i'm not drinking water.

semi healthier option.

Yeah it'd be over about 3-4 weeks I think. They just stack up even if you check them on tapa.

I remember there were a couple of posts I posted on tapatalk on the mainboard that both accumulated 50+ likes over an hour, log back onto the computer and I had about 150. Nothing quite like what you've got though :p

I got alot of my likes by sucking up to Freo supporters before and after the grand final.. I'm shameless.
... It makes me sad when you look at the members list and people have NO likes.. Some people with a heap of posts too..

Exercise is good for fitness and health, but cutting carbohydrates, mainly sugar, will help you the most to lose weight.
