Sydney were clearly the better-performed team over the season, so I don't mind it. Victory were better on the day, in fairness.

I can't see any other scenario than it being another Cavs vs. Warriors Finals series.

I'm a Celtics tragic but even if we pull through against the Wizards, we'll get pantsed by Lebron, et al.

Yeah, different sporting cultures.

I like the finals system in the footy because the fixturing is so compromised by commercial pressures, as well as the lack of home ground advantage for many Melbourne clubs.

Different in the soccer where all teams play each other the same number of times, although the A-League isn't perfect with there being three meetings a season.

Rather the leaders were anointed champions but think the playoffs will always be prioritised here.

Yeah I think the Cavs will win it pretty easy, probably 4 or 5. Warriors should do the same with Kawhi struggling. This has been the worst playoffs ever so far. It'd want to be a good finals series. I'll spew up if Durant wins a title, he singlehandedly ruined the NBA this season.

I'm a pretty intense Wolves fan but only a very, very, very casual NBA fan, but I've seriously struggled to watch any of the playoffs so far this season. The whole thing just seems like a waste of time. The finals are a fait accompli and the Cavs' indifferent form in the lead-up didn't do anything to change my view of that.

Bring on the draft. Wolves 0-18 when they have a chance to move up in the Lottery so no surprise we went down yesterday.

You're not wrong fronk, Crowder and Smart are very good defenders and on paper match up well on him. The thing is though that it's Lebron, and being well equipped to handle him still means he gets to the rim whenever wants lol. I know I shouldn't be surprised anymore.

I also don't think the Cavs were 100% locked in on D either. They gave up quite a few easy points. They can get better on that end for sure.

I was a latecomer to Chris Cornell, but saw him supporting Linkin Park a few years back and he had me hooked instantly. Even his Bond movie song was class, unlike some others before him.
