I bought Carlsberg beer once because it says on the label that it's a Pilsner, and on the box that its probably the best beer in the world.

Talk about a double let-down.

I reckon if you drank a real Pilsner and then drained your bladder into a Carlsberg bottle, you could probably pass it off as a real Carlsberg.

I’m boring as bat shit these days. No alcohol, no coffee, Coke Zero maybe once every 3 months… it’s water - still or with bubbles, that’s about it for me. I get ‘em to chuck in some ice when I’m out. To make it kind of special like.

We taught our son that soda stream water with a squirt of Aldi lemon juice was just like lemonade, he still loves it at 13 and it has zero sugar!

Has anyone here travelled to Vanuatu? Looking at going with the partner later this year, would appreciate to hear from anyone who's been there for things to do/see.

We went for a week in early 2018 so a while ago now. We had an Airbnb about 30 min drive outside the main town. Great place, there was a jungle zip line that was fun, a pretty basic water park. We had teenage kids so did stuff like that. Fire show at night, there’s a place called blue lagoon that’s like a picture perfect Instagram photo worthy natural water lake. Lots of shopping market stalls. Lots of snorkelling. The locals are really fun to deal with. We also did a boat cruise to another island.

He reminds me a lot of Hewitt. Doesn't possess any particularly dominant traits, at least relative to the absolute elite players, but he has a lot of heart and doesn't give up.

I remember the first time I ever went to ARC - I was driving along the entrance road scoping out those big carparks off to the right when I suddenly noticed a prime parking spot vacant on the side of the road right near the entrance. I felt like George Costanza happening across the holy grail of street parking.

Only to come back a couple of hours later to discover why no one else was stupid enough to park there - because my car was completely covered with chlorinated droplets of acid rain coming down from the waterslides above.

Have you been to Sri Lanka? Heineken is basically the only beer you can get outside the other local one and both are horrific. They have some kind government bribed monopoly in the country. Incredible place aside from the drinking options...
