I don’t follow him or the suns, my algorithm makes it appear on my feed.Unfollow/don’t bother looking, then it’s no problem
Makes me sick to see some of the stuff Jamarrah is saying on the suns social media. Glad he is “enjoying surrounding himself with good people and showing up to training every day”.
Massive ****wit.
Let it go, his posts read like Chat GPT creations.

It’s a valuable list management tool to reduce cap load at the moment. Every rookie on your list has the first 100k of their salary exempt from TPP salary cap.Just get rid of the rookie list and go back to one main list. It serves no purpose anymore and hasn’t for nearly a decade
Isn’t rookie list up to 6 Cat A and then 2 Cat B (but if you pay anything over $100k you’re not “saving” on Cat B)? How do you get to $900k?It’s a valuable list management tool to reduce cap load at the moment. Every rookie on your list has the first 100k of their salary exempt from TPP salary cap.
So if you maximise the rookie lists, you can effectively exclude 900k from the cap. This is why clubs don’t want to lose it.
6 rookies + 3 Cat B as far as I’m aware. First 100k of every one of those contracts sits outside the cap. Anything in excess is included.Isn’t rookie list up to 6 Cat A and then 2 Cat B (but if you pay anything over $100k you’re not “saving” on Cat B)? How do you get to $900k?
Also couldn’t they just bump the cap $[900]k when scrapping it?

I agree. Should shift it to what it actually is. 2 spots for players over 32 and 2 spots for what is currently Cat B Rookies. That fine, but the whole purpose and meaning of the Rookie List has been corrupted to the point it doesn't actually give many actual rookies a crack anymore, it's just a list shuffling tool particularly when you can delist then relist a 30 year old.
From the people who brought you opening round.Wildcard round for finals is the ****ing stupidest thing ever
That’s what happens when you have a bunch of clowns running the AFL they come up with dumb ideasWildcard round for finals is the ****ing stupidest thing ever
Worst CEO ever. What pisses me off the most about him, is how he is deliberately obtuse. He is NOT popular, and many of the decisions he has made ARE NOT popular with the fans. Yet each time he comes out and gloats how it's good for the game, and that fans love it. The guy doesn't give one F what the fans want. That is the sign of a poor and weak leader. A good leader is able to balance the financial interests, fan interests, and equality of the game. He is only about the money and the obsession with the Americanization of everything. They don't care about the fans or fixing the actual issues of the game.So stupid, Dillon is an absolute idiot.
