Windsor ducked into a tackle, gets pinned and the umpire calls for a ball up. The Carlton crowd losing their mind and the commentators instantly claim it was a great decision.

That's twice in 2 weeks a Carlton player has done that and the umpire has fallen for it. If people want to hand out tough consequences to change behaviour, then this is the one that needs addressing ASAP before it becomes a blight on the game like the shoulder raise did.
