Derby Round in the HFL this weekendCharlie Dixon debuting for Lobethal on Friday night
The bloke was actually trying to diffuse an altercation between Baltas brother and another bloke and placed his hand on Baltas brothers face as something like it’s all good mate, Noah saw that and thought it was more. The whole story has come out
Yes there were some issues between his brother and other patrons INSIDE the venue
The assault was well after the situation had been mediated and cooled down INSIDE the venue. The party in opposition to his brother was OUTSIDE - Balta then made extra effort to physically confront the person who was defenceless
There was no allegation of assault by this person towards Baltas brother - more verbal

He's there to bring the ball to groundWould he even be their best forward?

Would he even be their best forward?
I wouldnt be surprised if he is more a roaming ruck chf. Ex AFL straight into amateur league, he will monster them. I remember a story about North Haven v Pulteny (i think thats who roo played for) back in the day, not long after Roo retired. Roo played Full Forward and smashed North Havens best player 1 on 1. wasnt even a contest. Kicked a bag.
Would much prefer to play a non-Victorian club given the stupid guarantee to play the grand final at the MCG.I'm wanting the Giants in a grand final all day long at the G. Could see us winning that by 5+ goals.
It makes the Power Failure in the Prelim of 2020 so much sweeter, they had a 100% guarantee of a neutral GF.Would much prefer to play a non-Victorian club given the stupid guarantee to play the grand final at the MCG.
I honestly thought the Nash one was just clumsy and not intentional.Nash getting 4 matches when he's trying to make a play on the ball and Bailey Smith getting no weeks for an off the ball in fact using the ball as a weapon doesn't sit right with me, if Nash is getting 4 weeks (which was always gonna be likely when he KO's Miers) then Smith should also get a week or two, he still struck an unsuspecting player in the head. He should not be eligible for a Brownlow with an action like that.
Based on outcome almost entirelyI honestly thought the Nash one was just clumsy and not intentional.
The tribunal has ratcheted up the suspensions this year, imo it was a 1-2 weeker.
Has to be at least 2+ weeks as Cats were disadvantaged by being a player down.I honestly thought the Nash one was just clumsy and not intentional.

Day is a big loss.Hawks wobbling a bit?
A few out now, a couple of others out of form
I don’t think they’ve ever taken that into account.Has to be at least 2+ weeks as Cats were disadvantaged by being a player down.
1 week would be a joke.
Yeah they absolutely take a player being concussed out of the game when considering the penalty.I don’t think they’ve ever taken that into account.
He wouldn’t get less if it happened in the last qtr.
Concussed yes, not the fact that Geelong missed a player (actually given it was Geelong maybe they did)Yeah they absolutely take a player being concussed out of the game when considering the penalty.
They have been doing this for years!
Hence it was sent to the tribunal.
Are you asleep Froggy?
One in the same Froggy.Concussed yes, not the fact that Geelong missed a player (actually given it was Geelong maybe they did)
So you reckon a player will get more if it’s done in the first qtr?One in the same Froggy.
AFL don't take kindly to players concussed out of the game, leaving a team a player short in a tight contest.
Hence sent straight to the tribunal as they were mad!
