That's why you vet guests before they come on the show. I don't see why anybody has to give Tredrea the benefit of the doubt and pretend he didn't know who he was platforming.

100%

Privilege comes with responsibility.

He has the privilege that people will listen to him and his content because of his platform. He has the responsibility to know who he is sharing that platform with and the likely repercussions of that.

This idea that podcasters are not in any way responsible for what their guests say is ridiculous to me. You choose who you invite on, and you choose what gets published and what does not.

I've just heard that Port Adelaide are going to try Todd Marshall in defense next year

Bottom 4 vibes move

Imagine him and Thilthorpe body on body in the square 😂

Nowhere near as certain as you shitcanning the club on anything they do.

I would bet that if you listed 10 positive decisions made by the club, I’d agree or be neutral with at least 9. I’ll put a couple on the table just so you get the idea of the game.

Appointing Balme
Delisting Murphy
Pushing to reduce Rankine’s suspension
Thebarton

Ok, so now you list 10 decisions you reckon were good decisions.

And seeing that you liked that inane post, Mostyn and AFC979810 can play too.

But you won’t, because you know I’m right.

Having them on already hints at your views. If you have them on your podcast talking absolute rubbish and you don't come close to challenging them, the implication is pretty clear that you agree with it.

Maybe, but the investment funds I’m referring to are the exact opposite. When your development is over-budget and the banks have walked away, these guys step in with rates around 20%. You miss payments and it climbs to 40 odd %. It’s all legal, they take security over every asset you have. But they’re not criminal and reality is that they’d be the only other option at that stage. There’s definitely a strong element of opportunism, but we’re talking about people that will be wiped out if they can’t get hold of the funds required.
Watch a few episodes of Grand Designs and you'll be encountering these 'non-bank lenders'.

Based on some of the other nonsense Tredders has spouted in recent times, he absolutely agrees with it.

"I'm just providing a platform"

...to people of my choosing.

Can anyone explain how Dougie Cochrane could qualify for Ports NGA?
I have read a bit and none of it has me convinced there is any merit in it. It’s got me puzzled.

Funny how they decided to investigate their blood lines after they discovered he was good at football.

I bet if nether of the boys were good, non of this aboriginal blood lines would have been worried about.

Port Adelaide cheating the system again. Once a cheat, always a cheat.

With Josh Carr as head coach and involved can guarantee this club will use every dirty trick in the playbook.

He has form previously.

I doubt a half-hearted bullshit apology would have gone down well when everyone was already giving him the side eye for being a kook.
Nowadays, nobody accepts an apology; they want blood. Look at Rankine for instance, as he stepped off his flight, he gave an honest apology, acknowledging the hurt his words had caused (which is ****ing bullshit) and next day he was derided for the tone in his voice when he gave the apology and that he should give a proper one (Jon ****head Ralph).

All he had to do was say he was sorry to the people he offended by having that guest on. It isn't a "if you were offended" line but I sometimes wonder what folk want because it isn't an apology, even if that's what they say it is.

Yes, Tredders is batshit crazy but so are most of the population as far as I can see.
