Watching the Essendon v Bulldogs trial and Jake Kelly got the switch kick, could have kept running there were free Essendon players up the line but he stopped did the slow it down motion with his hand and then kicked it sideways. I laughed out loud and just said never change.

Classic Kelly, can't wait for Essendon fans to realise how much he holds up play.

Always was the worst part of his game. Other than that I always liked his tough competitiveness. He wasn't as bad for us as made out on here, by a long shot, especially when Talia escaped the same volume of criticism for his equally, and worse, stop start game.

Not one Port supporter mate has mentioned a single issue with it. They believe that they have become 'one club' which was exactly what they tried to do previously. Only this time, they have done it by quietly killing off the Magpies and attempting to take all that heritage into the AFL as their own.

No one holds Port Power supporters in higher regard than myself, and I think they're ****ing idiots.

JHF looked good in the third 1/4 but he got his first taste of North life, it's not going to be a fun first couple of years for the lad.

Carlton looked good and that was with out Walsh and McKay, I think they'll finally be back in finals contention.

To be fair I've only watched a replay of the first qt of the essendon game. It was at the start of the replay and I could skip it {obviously can't in the live broadcast). Not sure what happens at in the breaks though

I dare say most who support it didn't grow up going to the SANFL games, so don't see a problem with it.

There has been a very noticeable move in media land to constantly put a positive spin on every single Port story possible.
If we had failed the past two years the way Port have, every article and news story would be doom and gloom and how we have blown it.
The Port stories now are about how they are better placed this year, have the best kids in the history of the World and how a premiership awaits them.

It has clearly been a directive to do it this way.
