Nah its not.

Incorrect disposal is a rule on its own.

There was no holding the ball decision to be made as he didnt have prior.
In Fogarty's stint in the middle last year, I remember 2 incidents where he grabbed it ad went for the instant kick and he got tackled before the ball reached his foot.

Holding the ball for incorrect disposal
However, in both incidents, he had less prior than the incident last night.

Kinda like the one where they pinged the Swans player for running too far (while ignoring he bounced it) and then paid a 50m dissent penalty against him when he asked what he did to give away the free.
One feels that the script for 2022 has been written

Honestly, the AFL's anti corruption task force should have a close look at last night's match

There's been a few cricket games over the years (mostly involving Pakistan) that just felt a bit off. Tactics not making sense etc, outrageous shot selection, comedic dropped catches. Years later the truth comes out.

Last night had an odour

The grass markings are 12.5m apart. He takes the 1st bounce on 1 line, then gets halfway into the 3rd part He has run 19m forward. Then you need to take into account the lateral movement to evade the defender. He would have ran near on 25 meters. You must bounce the ball every 15 meters. Just because others get away with it (Looking at you Patrick Cripps) doesn't mean the umpire stuffed up here.

Nope its not.

A throw is not separate.

You think incorrect disposal is a seperate rule to holding the ball but throwing isn’t??

Just look up rule 18.6.3 Holding the ball: incorrect disposal

If you throw a ball to another player its a free kick.
No shît, that was never up for debate.

Is today Ken’s record breaking day?
Sure is.

Disappointed they didn't acknowledge it on their banner

History in the making

He takes the record for most at 1 club
Then that's next week as he only ties Bill Stephen this week.....

212 games at Fitzroy (1955-57, 1965-70, 1979-80)
44 games at Essendon (1976-77)

Longest serving coach without making a grand final
But he's not....
Not even at one club....
