FWIW, I can't see sport in Australia being majorly affected by her death. I expect there will be a minute's silence before the start of games, but no cancellations.

D+10 day is Sunday 18 September, however some news sites are working on D+10 here being Monday 19 September.

If D+10 day falls on a weekend, the public holiday won't be transferred to the Monday.

In short, if we say D day was yesterday (which is when the Queen passed away in the UK), then no public holiday. If we say D day is today (the day she passed away our time), Monday week is a public holiday.
