Pretty sure collingwood had an extra on the field at one stage, one girl came to the boundary winded or injured and stayed on, another girl came off and two went on, the girl winded, didn’t end up coming off.Carlton v Collingwood fairly even so far

I must say, our club is doing a lot right at the momentAnge Foley appointed Sturts SANFLW head coach
Yep, my thought also on hearing itI must say, our club is doing a lot right at the moment
Excellent appointment
Hawthorn up by 9 points at half time against Brisbane. Wouldn't be upset to see them knock the Lions off!
Yeh, Crows are far from it. Crows play a heavily congested/contested game. They don't have enough run and carry players.Melbourne currently smashing St Kilda by 60 points… does that shine a light even brighter on that Crows performance last week?
Sydney are looking really good. They have Molloy and Ham back this year. Morphett is fit and with the addition of Zippy Fish, who has been incredible so far, they could do well. They also have a pretty easy fixture as well.It will be interesting to see which of the second tier teams step up this year.

Looks like I have to keep an eye on this game Saturday![]()
No current season stats available

With Ham and Molloy back from longterm injuries, Morphett fit and the new addition in Zippy, Sydney are definitely a real chance.I know injuries haven’t been kind to the Suns at all but it looks possible that Rhys Shaw might somehow end up an even worse AFLW coach than he was AFL coach.
Saw a bit of the Cats-Swans game earlier & I know it’s a long season to still go & they only fell over the line in the end but I really do believe the Swans are a decent chance to be the other team in the Grand Final with North. There’s a call that could backfire![]()
Decent players across every line, they have the big guns like Molloy, Ham, Gardiner, Morphett and Fish, and I really like Sofia Hurley off half forward, she’s a super player. Short 1 key forward I reckon but they play a real different system up forward with Molloy and Ham rotating through. With Ham and Molloy back from longterm injuries, Morphett fit and the new addition in Zippy, Sydney are definitely a real chance.
They got rid of a few of their experience players post 2023 and it seems to have totally backfired on them in the seasons since. Lots of injuries this year so they have that excuse, strangely though as well as being the smaller club in a non-traditional State they have lots of parallels with GWS in terms of performances, one good year in their history and the rest very mediocre/poor.Port Adelaide with a lazy 11 goal win over Gold Coast, just a week after they (Gold Coast) were dismantled by 14 goals by Sydney.
Going to be a looong season for them. What has happened to them? A couple seasons back they looked alright.
Barnett also had a shot to tie it up, but ruck are such terrible kicks. Was nowhere near it.Collingwood just fall short against Melbourne, had a shot on goal after the siren to win the match but hit the post.
Are Collingwood good again? Melbourne have been torching sides.
North just beat Freo by 100 points without their best player (Garner injured in early second). Safe to say, they've only gotten better from last year.
