Yep, 1-2 and 4-7 are all very good. Can confirm that I have not seen 3 and 8-11. Just googled #3 and it has an awesome cast and sounds pretty good, will definitely give it a go.
 
Anyone seen Happy, Texas?

Being John Malkovich I loved at the cinema but found that I haven't enjoyed on repeat viewings as much. Guess that things being unveiled piece by piece was a key factor.

I (stupidly) read a glowing review of the Truman Show before I'd seen it. Knew the basic premise going in. Still really liked it but I wish I'd seen it blind.

Silver Linings Playbook is as depressing as s**t so far. 40 minutes in and I'm not sure I'm going to get through it.

Because its based on the 1962 book ....i'm claiming the film as a 60's film :p ....plus i heard it was in production for 6 years

But seriously .....one film does not make a 70's Bonanza of films
