No..... Central's did make finals last season so I expect them to win some home games at Elizabeth. Bulldogs should of beaten the crows last week.

South Adelaide will probably win one or 2 more home games this season.
Centrals have had a relatively soft draw to start the season and are 0-2-1.

They won't be anywhere near finals this season

When you go into games to not lose and avoid scoring at any cost, you end up with last quarters like Centrals this season.

Where have I watched that movie before.....?

Yeah centrals were unlucky. Should of beaten the crows SANFL side and got a win vs Westies.

I like having matches in McLaren Vale. A beautiful area. South would flourish there as well.

The Panthers are believed to have had preliminary talks about relocating from their Noarlunga base to another ground if one is created to stage football festival games.

Premier Peter Malinauskas is pushing for the AFL to help establish an oval on the Fleurieu Peninsula, likely near the renowned McLaren Vale wine region, as part of South Australia’s next Gather Round contract.

The Panthers moved from St Marys to Noarlunga in 1995 and another shift 15 minutes south could appeal if it meant securing a multimillion-dollar new home and tapping into the area’s growing population.

South Adelaide hoped to upgrade its base to host Gather Round but the state government was understood to oppose playing there because of its outer suburban location, flanked by Colonnades Shopping Centre.

Theyve spent a bit down at Windy Hill in recent years, but I dont mind a move to Mclaren Vale

A sneaky lunch at Primo Estate before the footy can only be a good thing.

Makes sense with the developers moving in next door

So you are telling me your club has always done things above board
We've always been nearer to bankruptcy/merging than to being able to pay under the table dollars

Relocation to a better ground with better facilities----bring it on. Magain is the only ground in the world where players run uphill towards the centre from anywhere in the ground. The grandstand is situated in the forward pocket and you need binoculars to see anything at the other end. For some reason all teams in all grades plus the girls play the outer flank where there is no shelter or shade for spectators.
The venue doesn't need an upgrade, it needs to be bombed flat.
The only thing going for it is the best chips in Adelaide.

I agree, but I don't mind the ground. SA has done a lot of fine work there—nice food in their lounge.
It's always blowing a gale out there every time I've been there.
It must have a bit of commercial housing value if sold.
