Yep and that's exactly why we lose.
It's why I can't get excited when other results fall in our favour. We follow the most untrustworthy club in the AFL that goes to water when it actually matters. Every time there is an open door we stumble and it shuts on our face. If goody can't correct this mindset then he's out the ****ing door. I'm sorry but there's only so many times we can see the same predictable things happen over and over and over, and you have to question whether this club truly wants to be there in September.
Pretty much what every MFC supporter feels. Massive game with possibly the most at stake for over a decade, and we feel that predictably we will get let down. Collingwood are playing good footy but are ravaged with injuries. If we had Hogan and Gawn in, I'd feel semi confident.
This is THE game where Goodwin can win me over. As it stands, I'm still on the fence with him. Get a good win against the Pies on our biggest stage of the year and into 6th place, and I'll feel more convinced. Lose this one with a tough month ahead, and the comfortable feeling of doubt will remain. Huge game..
