Are we bumping old posts where we didn’t buy the Melbourne hype?

It would be hypocritical of me to write Melbourne off as flat track bullies after spending so long ridiculing the people who gave the Eagles that tag over the years.

But **** that, who have they beaten at an AFL ground? Get back to me in 10 weeks Melbourne.

Also shows that Geelong are not as good as people or themselves think. Took a 7 goal effort plus insane goal kicking accuracy to win.

We shall see how often that occurs. They are lucky the draw is simple till end of season

So that's 3 brawls now in Victoria this year.

How long until some luminary like one of the Scott bros calls Victorian crowds feral?

Or some brilliant commentator says something like, 'they have a history of that'.

Nah that's reserved for the unwashed masses in Perth and Adelaide... Ok Adelaide might be fair.

You would be scared to go to the football in Perth with your children because the noise is loud and people are passionate supporting their team. However being spat on, having beer thrown over you and being kicked while on the ground is all part of the glorious Victorian football experience.
Brings back memories of the old Victoria Park days when Pies fans threw cups of urine at opposition supporters.

Just tuned into the game mostly to see how zac fisher was going only to hear he wont be back on today
He has been one of the better performed carlton players this year (not saying much) and i think the eagles would be very interested if he wanted to come home
