Saints would want to get a heck of a lot better at the fundamentals if they intend to seriously challenge. Feels like even in space their footskills are just rubbish.

Granted it’s early in the year but they’ve cost themselves several goals just having to stop and prop when the ball should be in front of the footballer.

So good at holding structure compared to the dees, they’ve always got players on the outside and aren’t been sucked into the contest as much.
