Awsome. I always wanted to set up a home brew. Is it much work?
Nah easy peasy. There's a few tips here and there in the Beer / Homebrew Thread in the "Nest" board, and there's a million homebrew forums out there. They probably have serial likers on those forums too

So watching CH7 last night and they were flogging the shit out of having Michelle Cowan on their news and by extension the freo women's team

It's becoming increasingly apparent how shortsighted the decision was by our admin not to push harder to get the first women's team license in WA

I don't have much interest in the women's league but I'm a dinosaur and it's obvious that others do and also that it's going to be heavily promoted

We missed the boat on this one and handed our opposition a massive free kick

What a load of ******* garbage. No wonder I stopped listening to Triple J over a decade ago. They used to be a radio station for alternative music and championed up and coming bands, now they have become mainstream dog shit.

This sort of top 5 is a distant memory, you know when we were all excited to count down the top songs for that year. I'll show my old grumpy ass out, GET OFF MY LAWN TOO!!!

No question that Blakely>>Lamb on exposed form and by some margin

The thing about them laughing at west coast for drafting lamb instead of Blakely ignores that Blakely would have been the wrong choice for us in terms of team balance (we weren't to know waterman was going to get glandular fever) and both clubs ****** up by passing on Gov Jnr

They also have a thing for mids with low disposal efficiency

You could have just gone with this

https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/forums/fremantle.23/

But it is amusing how they are fapping over the guy who got dropped from a bottom 4 team because his disposal wasn't good enough.
I would pick blakely over lamb every time.he is what we need, more importantly he was what we needed in his draft year
Obviously freo supporters rabbiting on about it is funny and I don't see too many eagles supporters saying lamb is the better pick but when its all said and done lamb won't play more than 10 games for us and blakely looks the goods

Wow that's just plain wrong.the only position lamb could have been drafted for was midfield ,our forward line was set and we had/ have glaring needs at the inside mid position.luckily for us priddis is extremely durable and we got Mitchell cheap.
Blakely or menadue would have added to our mid stocks, and it seems lamb hasn't really been trialled there much and opportunities will be limited for him still in our forward line and with allen and waterman coming on this will be lambs last year on our list

When our second pick in the 2014 draft came up our forwards were Kennedy, Darling and McInnes with the potential that McGovern could be played there

That's not exactly set

By comparison our midfield included Priddis, Hutchings, Sheed and at that time S Selwood as well. We'd just drafted Duggan and had Waterman in our pocket as a confirmed F/S with our last pick

Another inside mid wasn't really a priority especially when Simpson was said to be looking for players with good disposal which was the knock on Blakely

I don't think we expected Lamb to still be there at our pick and were excited by his athleticism and skill set. Problem being he doesn't have a true position at this stage and the question marks on his attitude have proven true

Hard to say who we would have taken had Lamb not been there but I doubt it would have been Blakely. Might have been Menadue but should have Mitch McGovern

Big bodied and a good clearance player, but not exactly quick with shoddy disposal.

Why do they give such a shit about Lamby? Insecure in their choices?
Every thread turns into some attempt at bashing us.

Would have to be easily the most insecure supporter base in the AFL.

I would be too I suppose if my club had achieved exactly nothing...

Spot on. At the time I was excited over the Lamb pick. Hell even after a few games he showed heaps of potential. I feel he COULD be a great player. Just goes back to the fact that we can develop players. If Blakely was on our list he wouldn't be playing and his development would be average.

No premierships. No WA based hero players, Zac Dawson, Shitty game plan and wears purple.

Easily understandable really. Almost feel pity for them. But then I remember it's Freo and they deserve it.
