Thinking about Harley Bennell and the attitude he seems to have (based on his recent club imposed suspension) he actually makes me a bit angry.
Imagine Priddis' determination and professionalism with Bennell's natural ability. Would probably literally be one of the goat.
I really hope Bennell does improve his attitude and be everything he can be as a footballer. Even as an opposing supporter it would be something to see.

Yeah, thats what made me think of it but it is only a rumor currently so didn't want to base it on that.

I think having a Harley Bennell would be much more frustrating than a priddis.

Anyone think Port are overrated?

This isn't just in relation to the two losses they've had (to very good teams).

But their record is currently 6-10 over last 16 matches with wins against WB, GC, Melb, Rich, Carl and Freo

They did look very good against Hawks in prelim, but have they been exposed?

Hinkley has made them train so hard in the preseason that they are out of puff already, probably a big mistake, doesn't help that their first couple of rounds were against teams who usually drain your energy (Freo and Sydney).

That's silly odds to pay for a team who beat Collingwood last week against a team who lost to the bottom side a day later.
Plus Astbury, Grifiths come back in. Lids hitting form. No Wines?, Polak.

The only thing for me is has Hardwick watched the tape of last years final and compared it to what everyone else is doing to Port?
Playing man on the guys who are next in line for the footy with the rest clogging the guts.
No run, no Port it would seem.

Simmo wanted it cut out last year I remember him saying in an interview early in the year. Didnt point fingers at players but said he wasnt a fan of it.
