Someone please explain the issue with Robbo atm? ^^^

Missed 360 & FC.

No issue other than a bit of tension between Buckley and Robbo from my view.
On 360 Robbo was questioning Buckley about Jesse White. Buckley reconed that concentrating on White was lazy journalism as White had played a good game, but was just an easy target. Could see Robbo didn't like it and there was an awkward pause at the end of the sentence.

Another year of all this? Putting up with the righteous indignation of all the pundits in the media who just feel so sorry for the poor Bombers. Surely the WADA wouldn't initiate another investigation unless they were sure they could bust through the cover-up.

If there is a similar outcome I will call conspiracy on the part of the lawyers who are really the only beneficiaries of such a protracted saga.

Gerard Whateley was trying to explain that the decision by the AFL tribunal never actually considered whether the players took Thymosin beta-4 and Hirdy just kept saying "they were found innocent of that".

Whateley corrected him using the current Bombers PR trend of saying over and over again that the players were proven innocent at the tribunal. Whateley said hang on, they didnt get to the finding of innocence or guilt as they couldn't work out what the players were injected with. Hird had a smug don't ever question me again look on his face when he asked Whateley; well did they find them guilty?

Whateley then asked him not long after; if your son was at a football club and they couldn't tell you what they injected him with how would you feel?
Can t remember the exact answer to this but is was squirmy ullshit.

Whateley asked if there were any records that might present a different case to which Hirdy implied that they were given to ASADA and who knows where they are... Nonone asks why you would hand over a doc and not keep a copy but there you go.

There was also a part where he picks Hirdy up on saying "we know the players didnt receive anything banned" to which he reminded him that he doesnt know otherwise they wouldnt have had to go through this mess if they did know. Hird unhappy again, and changes to "we believe"

Rewatching the GWS v hawks game now and the Giants not just won but played bloody good against the arguably one of the best teams in the comp. Surely we aren't flat track bullies

Our game plan vs GWS was excellent. We went out of our way to gamble on intercepts, by our guys leaving their direct opponent if anyone was obviously open near them. Well done Simmo - it stopped GWS in their tracks. Haven't seen the Hawks game, so I wonder if GWS fixed that or Hawks didn't notice.

GWs also took advantage of Hawks suspensions. Hodge and Lewis play and GWS would have lost IMO.

In our game with GWS once we broke the 5 goal lead barrier they dropped their heads and went into their shells. Hawks never had a big lead on GWS so they always had belief of being able to come close or to win.
