WBD could do us a massive solid by turning up this week and knocking off GWS. Beveridge and the team will be looking to respond after losing to the Dees so fingers crossed! I'm expecting Minson back for them and crabs like Goodes and Cordy to be dropped.

North should beat Collingwood IMO and Freo will pump Adelaide - it's looking great for us if we can overcome Geelong.

There's a difference between being confident in and supportive of your own side, and laying an unwarranted boot into someone else's. Hell, we still cop sh*t for our "drug culture lol tainted premiership" of 10 years ago from these muppets. If Freo get knocked out during their finals campaign this year then I will certainly enjoy the karmic square-up.

It's a big concern for sure. Schofield got it done on the weekend but Bruce had him on toast quite a few times.

Cant be done. Rivalries are inherently selfish things - you generally dont want your rival to achieve success at your own expense.

Flip the arguement on its head - why should Fremantle (or anyone for that matter) "deserve" to win a premiership ahead of anyone else?

It's a big concern for sure. Schofield got it done on the weekend but Bruce had him on toast quite a few times.

A lot of that had to do with the saints ball movement. They moved it quick, and were precise with their disposal, not giving shepherd, gov or wellingham enough time to go third man up. Bruce is a very good forward, and knows how to take advantage of that 1x1.

Having said that, he only had 7 touches, and kicked 2 goals, of which one was a direct turnover. Schofield did very well.

Our key this week will be to stop their runners from getting clean ball; stop that and the supply that Hawkins and Clarke should dry up. They aren't that mobile as a whole, so once the ball hits the deck, we should have that advantage.

Just on the Minson incident - it is an reflex action when someone runs straight past your personal space

A little pat on the back to let them know you are there

A bit like a hand on the shoulder when you walk past someone.

I never understood the whole, let's go for Freo cause they're from WA too. I mean, do Collingwood fans go for Carlton because they're another Vic team?? No chance, they are rivals, like we are, f**k freo, I hope I never have to witness a Freo flag (although I fear this year might be the one)
