Freo club record 9 wins in a row: 2006. West Coast won the premiership.

Freo club record 9 wins in a row: 2015. West Coast win premiership?
I've just crunched the numbers....it checks out.

Good stuff from W.A Today Simon White a.k.a 'Whitey'. Freo flog and Eagles hater.

http://www.watoday.com.au/afl/afl-n...-sports-forecast--june-5-2015-20150605-ghg740

"Whitey - It's not a definitive measure but for those still arguing the winner of the Fyfe-Dangerfield showdown, the Freo star had more than 950 metres gained from 40 touches, while the Crows gun had less than 600 from his 38. Keep in mind, only a few players have ever broken the kilometre-mark since the stat was first recorded by Champion Data in 2007.

Whitey
- No doubt Nic Naitanui's mark against Geelong last week was an absolute screamer, that perhaps no other player in the comp could have grabbed. But to say, as his coach Adam Simpson did, that it should shut up the critics is baloney. If anything, it should heighten the debate around his performances. Why doesn't he have more games as complete as his outing against the Cats? How can someone with these physical gifts have four games this year in which he's had 10 or less possessions?

Whitey - Dockers now three games clear on top of the ladder"

Ram it mate.

I can't work out if freo were shit, or the Tigers were very good
Column A, Column B. Some very ordinary performances from usually impressive individuals. Just a bump in the road, I doubt very much that Freo have been found out

A bit of column A, a bit of column B.

EDIT - Vadge beat me to it.

Tigers were very good tonight, very good all over the park.

Richmond have won this year in Pendles 200th, Fletcher's 400th, Cornes' 300th and tonight Johnson's 200th. Elliot Yeo's 50th when we play them...

Edit: Wait, ignored that the Tiges have a bye. Elliot Yeo's 51st, we're home.

We play the Tigers in Melbourne after their bye? That's unfortunate.

They were very good tonight but the Dockers played like absolute mugs at times.

Have the Dockers been "worked out"? I didn't see anything in particular that Richmond were doing but it's hard to tell on TV. Sandilands was dominant but Freo's midfielders were terrible for some reason and Pavlich had a shocker.

Is it just me or is Freos forward line really average now

Ballantye is out of form which isn't helping. Old man Pav is fast approaching the end as well. Taberner is bog ordinary and Clarke isn't much better.

They will throw big money at Hogan and/or McCarthy in a few years time.

Quit while you're ahead mate, would rather roll the dice on Giants -149.5
Not necessarily to win, but there are some good line bets to be had. Might throw a tenner straight out. Giants are a young team, they'll have their ups and downs.
