Not all good footballers make good coaches though. Have seen champion footballers try out the coaching caper, only to fail. Not saying that Coxy is a bad coach, just inexperienced, and think the Club should have gone for a midfield specialist coach once they knew Pyke was leaving. Yes there are other reasons why things aren't going well this year but still think the Club erred in appointing Coxy the midfield role as well as being the ruck coach so early in his coaching career.

Really? I think he is doing a fantastic job given that our midfield cattle is close to worst in 8.

There was just as much force and intent in the Hogan elbow as there was in the Lycett hit on Spuddery.

But luckily for the Dees, Hogan will get the MRP discount for marketable players.

I don't disagree our midfield is shizen, but the Freo youth love is a little over the top as well.

The interesting stat I heard on the radio today, 18 of the Freo 22 from Friday night played in their prelim team from last year.

And tbf they got within 3 goals of one of the premiership favourites

You are entitled to your opinion, as I am entitled to mine. Okay! Anyway for starters our midfield is playing well below how they were playing last year, and the obvious conclusion to come to is possibly the change in coaching staff. Whether that's the real reason is anybody's guess. However this is a discussion forum, and I certainly was not knocking Coxy per se, moreso the Club for the appointment and just think they perhaps could have done things differently. That's all!!

Fremantle are heaps shit at footy.They are seriously kidding themselves if they think any top shelf forwards are going to accept their money and kick lots of goals for them.Once they got to more than twelve points behind with more than a quarter to go against Geelong there was no chance .Their midfield can't hit a target and when the ball is in their forward fifty they just flood the area and defend.
The game against Geelong was the stupidest shit I've ever seen .( just my random thoughts after watching two Fremantle games this year )
