Sorry I disagree, imo they are by far the best run club in the comp, excellent club culture and players seem like they want to go there to get the best out of themselves and also basically a guarantee to play finals.

Pre 2007 nobody wanted to go there beach or no beach

Both can be true, they also have far cheaper real estate than the melbourne teams and appeal to the country guys who don't want to live in a big city
