whut. What are we comparing it to? I wasn't claiming it to be similar to anything... just a random tweet I found with the league claiming "textbook" tackling and thought I'd share. :think:

After the melt down we had around this place over the Smith tackle I'm jumping at shadows.

The :think: in your OP threw me - I thought you were suggesting similarity between the Smith tackle and this one.
Nah, just considering the merit of labelling that particular tackle as "perfect". I can't imagine that particular tackle making the highlights reel when they're trying to advertise the sport overseas, or the 'how to tackle' video for the auskickers either. Was an odd tackle to highlight, except to say that it was within the rules.
